The Navigators National Capital Region Military is hosting a conference over Labor Day 2023 for all Mid-Atlantic military and first responders ministries. Our keynote speaker is John Snyder from Fort Bragg, NC.
Sessions will take place at the Holiday Inn Carlyle in Alexandria, VA. The hotel is 0.25 miles from a DC Metro stop that takes you to the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. There will be a play room available for children ages 1-10 years old next to the main meeting room. Capacity for the supervised play room is 25 children. We will have games available for older children to play in the hotel common area. Registration closes August, 25th.

Attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements. Navs NCR Military will have host homes available to those who are interested. These will be coordinated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Attendees interested in this option should mark that selection when they register. If attendees wish to stay at the Holiday Inn Carlyle, there is a special guest rate for our event, using the link below. This is the hotel where all of our sessions will take place.
